Fatboy Slim Comes to The Brighton Box Gallery
On Wednesday 22nd July 2026, from 5pm – 9pm, Brighton’s beloved independent shopping destination plays host to a very special evening, a signing event with none other than Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, at The Brighton Box Gallery.
The event celebrates a collaboration between Fatboy Slim, Pepita Coffee, and Brighton-based artist Emily Bowyer, marking the release of three limited-edition Pepita Coffee tins featuring Emily’s original artwork. It’s the kind of event that could only happen on Dukes Lane, in a city rooted in local creativity.
There are only 100 limited-edition prints available across five different designs, so pre-ordering is highly recommended. Items bought online at www.thebrightonbox.com can be collected and signed on the night.
And The Brighton Box Gallery won’t be the only reason to stick around the rest of Dukes Lane will be staying open until the end of the event, so make an evening of it.
Good to Know
- Norman will only be signing the Pepita Coffee tins and the Emily Bowyer limited-edition prints, purchased through The Brighton Box Gallery (online in advance or at the gallery on the night). No other items, memorabilia, records, or personal belongings will be signed.
- Entry to the event is completely free, though signing opportunities are subject to availability and queue times may apply.

EDF x Enterprise Nation: Free Pop-Up Shop Initiative
Something a little different is coming to Dukes Lane this summer. As part of their Powering Local Businesses partnership, EDF Small Business and Enterprise Nation are bringing a rotating series of free pop-up retail slots to the Lane, running from 29th June through to 26th July 2026.
The initiative gives selected small businesses a two-week residency in a prime Brighton city-centre location completely free of charge. For online-first brands, emerging makers, and independent businesses curious about whether a physical retail presence is the right next step, it’s a unique opportunity.
Each fortnight will bring a fresh rotation of businesses to the space, creating an ever-changing, collaborative retail experience. Expect a mix of Brighton-based makers and independent brands from across the South East. This will include fashion, homewares, wellness, gifts, and more.
Pop in regularly: the pop-up is designed to feel different every time you visit, with new businesses, new products, and new energy throughout the summer.

RAYE headlines Pride on the Park at Preston Park on Saturday 1st August; Diana Ross takes the Sunday headline slot. The free Community Parade winds through the city on the Saturday. One of the most joyful spectacles in the UK’s calendar.
