The Sussex Beacon Charity: Empowering Lives, Inspiring Hope

The Sussex Beacon Charity is a beacon of hope for those living with HIV in the region. It provides specialist care and support services, aiming to improve the quality of life for people affected by this condition. Through its tireless efforts, The Sussex Beacon offers a safe and caring environment where individuals can access vital services, including accommodation, nursing care, and emotional support.

At Dukes Lane, we firmly believe in the power of communities coming together to make a positive impact. We are proud to support The Sussex Beacon in their mission, and this year’s Pride weekend will be dedicated to raising funds to assist the organisation in continuing its essential work.

In the run up to Pride, and throughout Pride weekend, you will have the opportunity to support The Sussex Beacon Charity directly through donation buckets manned by dedicated volunteers from the organisation. Visitors can also utilise QR codes scattered across Dukes Lane, allowing for easy, contactless donations at the tap of a phone.

Drag Artiste Ruffles Takes the Stage 

A highlight of Pride on Dukes Lane will undoubtedly be the spectacular performances by the beloved local Drag Artiste, Ruffles. Ruffles will grace the stage with two shows, each lasting an hour, at 1 pm and 3 pm.
