Room For Love x akt
The ‘Room For Love’ exhibition features 16 prints by a series of contemporary graphic artists, including Kelly Anna London, Morag Myerscough, Marylou Faure, Camille Walala, Josh Mc Kenna, Oli Fowler, Damien Poulain, Crispin Finn, Rude, Lois O Hara, Kris Andrew Small, James Daw, Supermundane, Ana Jaks, Daisy Emerson, The Fandangoe Kid, Jimmy Turrell and Marcus Walters.
All proceeds from the sales of these prints will go directly to the Albert Kennedy Trust (akt).
akt provide safe homes and better futures for LGBTQ+ young people. Almost one quarter of all young people facing or experiencing homelessness identify as LGBTQ+, and 77 per cent of those cite rejection or abuse from their families as what has led them to being so. akt has provided over 250,000 nights off the street and supported over 50,000 LGBTQ+ young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
They Made This’s founder, Aine Donnovan, says “We, and our artists, are honoured to be working with akt this year and have created a series of limited edition prints celebrating Pride in all its glory.”
