Get Creative This Christmas with Winter Workshops

Dukes Lane will be home to a variety of delightful pop ups and activities to cater for all tastes – enjoy wreath making workshops, the art of Japanese Furoshiki wrap, quirky gift shops and mince pies (of course) to get you feeling festive this winter.

Winter Workshops

Wreath Making With a Mini Twist 

Led by experienced workshop organiser Emily Paxton, you will learn the basics from scratch of how to make your own magical Christmas wreath. Sip bubbles and personalise your wreath with mini things such as presents, toys and thimbles… Anything of your choice!

On completion Emily will guide you in photographing your creation for the perfect ‘grammable flatlay. Don’t miss this cosy Christmas activity with friends and family.

JAPANESE FUROSHIKI WRAPS

Learn the totally gorgeous and eco-friendly Japanese Furoshiki wrapping technique. Within this workshop you will also be taught the unique process of block printing on wrapping cloths using everything from stamps and wood blocks to rollers and toy cars.

CREATE & FRAME MINI CYANOTYPES

Learn the art of cyanotypes in this relaxed and informative workshop where you will come away with a finished photograph developed by light and presented in a miniature frame. Perfect for a personalised gift or for your own home.

MAKE A MINI TERRARIUM

Learn how to create your very own open terrarium. First mix the perfect soil, then plant cacti and succulents in a custom glass container decorated with unique miniatures.
